    Requirements

    This is a high impact role that requires a comprehensive understanding of project management, strong business analysis skills and drive to deliver high-quality projects end to end. The Project Manager will work with internal business owners, and other stakeholders to address needs and problems, while engaging with the necessary Senior Management to ensure objectives and priorities are aligned.

    For that, we’d love it if you had:
    • Minimum 3 years of similar experience (Finance, Operations, IT);
    • Analytical mind, well-organized and able to prioritize;
    • High level of proactivity, initiative, energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism;
    • The ability to translate business plans into operational goals.
    • Self-driven and fast learner;
    • Project Management and Business Analysis experience;
    • Proficient in English;
    • Working with databases.


    Responsibilities


    You need to successfully:
    • Understand the operational processes within the company;
    • Develop business cases for integrating new processes;
    • Gather High-Level requirements from the business owners from other teams, perform business analysis and find the most suitable solutions to meet business needs;
    • Communicate, align and validate requirements with all stakeholders involved in the operational/financial flows;
    • Analyze, consolidate and interpret data to identify trends and possible problems.
    • Responsible for developing project roadmap and meeting the deadlines;
    • Monitor project from start to post-implementation phase;
    • Establish project success metrics and monitor them long after implementation;
    • Involved in defining BI reports to measure KPIs;
