Academic degree in Information technology or comparable.
3 + years of experience in communication solutions or telecommunication.
Expert in architecting, designing, deploying, and operating technical telecommunication concepts and solutions.
Advanced holistic knowledge and proven experience in telecommunication technologies with focus to telephony with MS Teams, MS phone system and direct routing functionalities as well as Mobile telephony.
Knowledge in IT Service Management.
Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments.
Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies.
Willingness to travel approx. 10%.
Fluent English spoken and written.

As a voice communication specialist, you are member of a global team and you are responsible for defining, setup and rollout of the company wide governance and standard of voice communication based on state of the art technologies. Your focus is the continuous improvement of current communication environment and future Vitesco Technologies communication in very close cooperation with all locations and business teams supported by external and internal suppliers. You support the spin-off and separation of worldwide mobile as well as landline and VoIP telephony environment from Continental AG to Vitesco Technologies based on defined concepts describing the future Vitesco Technologies voice communication.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
From governance and definition perspective, based on maximizing the sustainability, you are responsible for the central service for voice communication as e.g. landline PSTN telephony, VoIP as well as cellular telephony.
You are responsible for continuously improve, architect, and design the holistic voice communication environment including all channels based on business requirements and following company defined security guidelines.
You manage and steer external suppliers for the service including improvement activities as well as operation, 2nd and 3rd level support.
You support license management and purchasing in the definition of provider contracts.
As a voice communications specialist you analyze the market for current trends in the field of Communications and Collaboration environment and identify possible areas of application within Vitesco Technologies.
You focus on, and prepare detailed evaluations, requirements, and recommendations to technical and architecture designs for optimizing existing solutions and new unified communication technologies/services and their integration into the enterprise.
You support the definition of the Vitesco Technologies governance and standard for communication solutions, hardware, and software within Vitesco Technologies in close alignment with all Regions and locations.
