At least 5 + years of experience in sales and service experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
Previous exposure in dealing with medical doctors is a great plus.
Prior experience in a start-up or with new business development is an advantage.
Networking skills to liaise with business partners and collaborators.
Enthusiastic self-starter who possesses both strong planning & organizational skills (time management)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to clearly communicate in an articulate, straightforward, and engaging manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment in an autonomous manner with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel for business purpose
Work with leadership & Project Management team to develop a go-to-market strategy with clear milestones & objectives which have to be achieved.
Collaborate with Marketing & Project Management team to create a clear communication plan for increasing the visibility of the new platform and spread its benefits.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with the medical community & main patient associations; have an in-depth understanding of their needs & challenges which have to be faced in order to define potential opportunities.
Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities so as to enroll new collaborators or add new services in the portfolio.
Professionally representing and promoting the platform to the medical community & representative patient associates for building awareness and increasing visibility in the market.
Attend networking and industry events, facilitate meetings, explain the product and its advantages, respond to issues or concerns.
Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers from the healthcare services field to drive product adoption.
Monitor the competitors’ product developments and marketing strategies, as well as identifying patterns of accessing healthcare services.
