We are looking for a results-oriented Converting Engineer with a manufacturing background to showcase their skill set in a multifaceted yet autonomous role. You will combine your knowledge of engineering practices and ability to analyse and develop the latest manufacturing technology, to improve all systems, production and participate in the installation of very complex equipment.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong level of English both written and spoken
- A leadership mentality & ability to prioritize autonomously
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.

Our Engineers are truly at forefront of product administration and improvements - your work would include developing innovative solutions geared towards improving processes. We are relying on you to deliver the best results to the highest standards. You will handle the execution of projects, conduct feasibility studies, design improvements, prepare project budgets and schedules. You also have to find the efficient option for solving projects and actively participate in their execution, control the completion of projects during the agreed time, all acquisitions to be made for the established purpose and to be within the agreed capital. Also, the subcontracted teams to perform the works will be coordinated by you.
