    Certificari/competente necesare:
    Diploma Bacalaureat esentiala / Preferabil Diploma studii superioare
    Cunostinte operare pc (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
    Cunostinte limba engleza nivel conversational
    Preferabil experienta in IT&C, Vanzari/Retail

    Responsabilitati

    Scopul postului: interactioneaza cu clientii, in magazin sau telefonic, cu scopul de a promova serviciile si produsele Vodafone si de a raspunde solicitarilor de suport ale clientilor.

    Reponsabilitati principale:
    Promoveaza activ produsele si serviciile Vodafone si acorda clientului suport si consultanta pentru solicitarile primite;
    Evalueaza fiecare situatie prezentata de client si foloseste tehnici de vanzare consultativa;
    Rezolva solicitarile clientilor si ofera informatii de natura comerciala (oferta, pret, conditii contractuale etc.) si tehnica (caracteristici, retea, service etc.) despre produse si servicii;
    Solicita constant feedback de la client pentru a se asigura ca solutia gasita este cea potrivita pentru client;
    Impartaseste feedback-ul cu managerul direct si cu echipa pentru a imbunatati experienta clientului;
    Administreaza eficient fluxul de clienti din magazin prin: informarea clientilor in privinta timpului de asteptare, oferirea de suport pentru emiterea bonurilor de ordine (unde este cazul), explicarea modului de preluare la biroul unui consultant, indicarea zonelor de asteptare din magazine;
    Efectueaza apeluri, in programul de Telesales sau Call center, in functie de nevoile de business.
