University degree in finance / accounting / economics;
5+ years’ experience as a senior level controlling/accounting/analysis, in an international organization, preferable in IT;
M&A or IPO previous experience is mandatory;
Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis; Very good analytical skills;
Excellent skills in MS Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus;
Experience in processes implementation;
Capability to work independent, flexibility, organized, initiative, good team member, motivated, oriented on result and accuracy, good handle on working under pressure.
We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller for our client, a market leader in software for the gaming industry.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines;
Implement budgeting and forecasting processes across the group;
Work closely with the business to achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action;
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
Support month-end and year-end close process;
Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
Analyze monthly actual versus budgeted / forecasted numbers;
Additional controller duties as necessary;
Assist in M&A due diligence and implementation procedures.
