Finance Operation Analyst

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Master’s degree in finance and / or Engineering school and / or business school
3-5 years FP&A or Finance Operations relevant experience in multinational - use to work in remote environment & complex organisation.
Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion (HFM and Essbase), Microsoft Office (strong Excel & PowerPoint requirements) and data warehouse applications
English required

Responsibilities

Central ISC Costs / AOP deck and closing process

Preparation of monthly ISC reporting (results, deck, scorecard, metrics)
Support day to day Conversion Costs Financials – assist Plant Controllers and support any requests – act as a link between central functions (mainly central ISC & central Finance) and Controllers
Participate to SRO (short range outlook) calls and prepare consolidation file
Support Annual Operating Plan and forecasts (5+7, 8+4) preparation and reviews
Support preparation of ISC Finance AOP Deck (multiple updates in Q4 for 3 or 4 AOP versions)
Liaise with Accounting and COE to ensure accuracy of Swissco ISC costs for actuals and forecasts
Prepare E&O posting and consolidate related SOX documentation


Projects and “Ad Hoc” Supports

Provide ad hoc financial support to ISC leadership and Central FP&A
Create templates and improve MOS on regular basis
Regular check on financial systems framework (new entities, new accounts) - link with FP&A
