    This is a great opportunity to join us as an HR Business Partner in our Global Business Center in Bucharest.

    Job Scope
    The HR Business Partner is the central point of contact for all HR topics within his/her area of responsibility for managers and employees. As an HR BP you will focus on:

    • Implementation of the Human Resources strategies and programs, developing an employee centric culture focusing on empowerment, quality and productivity
    • Providing support for the allocated business units / departments related to: employee relations, conformity issues, compliance & risk mitigation, training & development, comp & ben, performance evaluation, organizational development, engagement and retention
    • Play an active role in talent acquisition and talent management & development
    • Act as a consultant for Managers in all HR related topics (interpreting and applying HR policies, legislation and internal rules, as well as external benchmarking activities where applicable)
    • Manage complex employee relations casework.
    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment, selection and integration of new employees
    • Initiates the approval process for job openings (offer approvals), co-defines recruitment needs with business owners
    • Works closely with Talent Acquisition Department for sourcing and selecting the best fit candidates (participates in recruitment process steps in final stages), elaborates the hiring offer, working contract and all necessary documentation (pre-boarding in terms of legal/administrative topics)
    • Supports induction and onboarding process of new employees
    • Keeps a record on internal job description, ensure updates
    Learning and Development
    • Analysis of learning and development needs within the company aligning with global company programs
    • Liaises with L&D external providers where necessary and applicable and develops learning plans
    • Gets involved in the organization of the internal and external learning sessions, keeps track of the session and collects feed-back
    Communication & organizational development
    • Elaborates and validates internal communication documents, ensures that global communication initiatives are implemented / initiates local campaigns as per needs
    • Career path management for allocated portfolio
    • Implements and supports Employer Branding road map and acts as company ambassador
    • Acts as company representative towards external parties (courts, fairs, local networks, authorities) if assigned
    Talent Management
    • Delivers, leads and coordinates internal employee evaluation processes
    • Measures and reports on the employee objective setting process
    • Participates in organizational structure analysis, succession planning, individual risk assessments and follows-up on the resulting action plan
    • Keeps track of the personal development plan for each employee as a result of the employee evaluation process
    Employee Relations & Support
    • Coordinates the employee satisfaction survey in terms of collecting and centralizing data, interpreting results and follow-up on action plan
    • Engages in coaching activities and conflict mediation (disciplinary actions if required)
    • Consults managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation
    • Assists the HR Manager in preparing, leading, finalizing and recording the negotiations for the Collective Work Agreement
    Other projects: in partnership with the other HR structures, may be involved in different projects at site or regional/global level.

    What will make you successful
    • + 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR BP or similar role, with proven experience in various soft and hard HR topics
    • Very good knowledge and understanding of labor law
    • University Degree in HR/Psychology or Business Administration
    • HR Certified (advantageous)
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point also SAP (advantageous)
    • Fluent level of English, an additional language is advantageous
    • Experience with implementing, maintaining and monitoring HR processes
    • Great focus on delivering results, customer-focused and ability to achieve results by collaborating with HR team members
    • Experience in dealing with HR operations in changing organizations
    • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective people agenda that support business results
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and diversity
    • Adaptable to the new ways of working due to COVID crisis, with challenging and changing priorities
