    Requirements

    • University Degree in communications or business discipline
    • Foreign languages knowledge: advanced English – mandatory; French or German – appreciated as “plus”
    • MS Office package
    • Abilities to build and follow a CRM system
    • Capabilities of a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team

    Responsibilities

    • Create commercial proposals for current customers or prospects
    • Keep good contact with landlords
    • Manage and regularly update internal data base
    • Monitor and understand real estate market
    • Schedule and assist meetings and presentations
    • Ensure the smooth operations of the team
    • Draft official letters
    • Take care of administrative tasks with ease, professionalism, and care
    • Respond in a timely manner to the requests and needs of the team
