We are recruiting a Junior Strategic Buyer, for one of our clients, leader on the automation market all over the world.

The project you will be involved in is a big part of an effort to help homeowners stay connected and in control of home comfort, security, fire systems, and air and water purification.

The purpose of the job is to develop and drive the Regional Projects and Site Sourcing plans per Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Language - English (German is a plus)
• Supplier Management Experience would be a plus
• Experience in a similar position
• SAP knowledge or other ERP systems
• Microsoft proficient (Office 365)
• Project Management experience

WOULD BE A GREAT PLUS

• Experience in procurement
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in managing several projects in dynamic site environment
• Supplier Management experience

Nice to have

• Six Sigma and Lean Tools

You will have site and project responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your site, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering, and Sole/ Single Source elimination.

• Support Business for Sourcing scope needs for Projects (Pursuit and Execute) or the Site;
• Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process;
• Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes.
• Work with Internal Sourcing, business and other stakeholders for Procure to Payment process
• Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Inventory, and Lead time reductions
