- University Degree;
- Computer skills;
- Communicative, team-work abilities;
- Detail oriented, able to work with strict deadlines;
- Previous experience in banking or leasing;
- English - at least medium level.

- Prepares Leasing Contract and Purchase Agreement according to the approval;
- Manages the leasing contract until it is disbursed (contract signed, advance payment, guarantees);
- Instructs the payment to the Supplier;
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office;
- Ensures that all Administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Motoractive IFN SA was established in 1998, having as main activity the leasing financing only of motor vehicles. Subsequently, the company diversified its products to offer its customers valuable solutions in the commercial, industrial and retail markets.

After only 5 years of activity, in 2004, Motoractive became the largest independent leasing company in Romania.

In the third quarter of 2006, Motoractive and two other financial services companies - Ralfi IFN SA (consumer loan company) and Domenia Credit IFN SA - were acquired by GE Money, the financial services division of General Electric.

At the end of 2010, the majority shareholder of Motoractive IFN SA became Garanti BBVA, the second largest private bank in Turkey, holding 100% of the shares. Following this change in shareholders, Motoractive was included in the banking financial group Garanti BBVA Romania, continuing its activity under the Garanti BBVA Leasing brand.

The Spanish financial group Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) is the majority shareholder of Garanti BBVA in Turkey.
