Human Resources Trainee

Your new challenges:

Scheduling interviews
Managing job announcements and CVs in our internal ATS (Teamtailor)
Delivering Induction presentations to new colleagues
Assisting employees with various enrollments
Maintaining the relationship with various stakeholders ( 7Card, World Class, etc)
Managing department orders: placing orders, updating the trainings stock, looking for providers

...and should have:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – advanced level
Fluent in English
Experience in handling administrative tasks
Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
