    What you’ll bring to the table:

    - 5 years of experience in drafting policy
    - Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
    - Experience implementing projects in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an experienced policy advisor who will be dedicated to supporting Finastra’s mission to become the most loved and diverse employer in fintech. You are someone who seeks to do world firsts in the policy space – a dreamer! Reporting into the People Team Vice President, this role will work closely with our People Team Centers of Excellence, Regional Business Partners, and the Risk Management Team to co-create and implement policies.

    Location:
    Work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19, then convert to hybrid working from our gorgeous and modern office in Bucharest.

    What you’ll be doing:

With that, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and implementing policy solutions for a wide range of People issues. You will lead the development of comprehensive, cohesive policy frameworks and supporting materials.

    Using your strong communication skills, you will cultivate internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally with the People and Risk teams to ensure we benefit from each other’s strengths, keep others informed, and eliminate surprises.
