    Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj's current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.

    Qualifications

    Education:
    o Electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a similar field of study;

    Minimum experience in the field:
    o
    Experience in project management for the automotive industry;

    Know-how:
    o
    Knowledge of existing design methods like FMEA, DFMA, V-Model;
    o Ability to lead a project team in a matrix organization;

    Personality:
    o Efficient work style with very good coordination skills;
    o Good communication skills;
    o The ability to adapt and to synthesize;
    o The ability to cope with stressful situations;
    o Self-confident, willing to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken;

    Languages spoken:
    o Fluency in English; German can be an advantage;

    Nice to have:
    o Willingness to undertake business trips abroad for trainings and project work;

      Job Description

      What you do

      • Leading activities for electronic control units used in automotive or multimarket applications in an international team, starting from quotation until start of production;
      • Be the main technical contact person towards customers and suppliers;
      • Estimate product, tooling and engineering cost;
      • Track and control quality, budget and timing targets;
      • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants;
      • Prepare and maintain project documents according to Bosch quality system;
      • Report regularly to management about project status (risk, issues etc.);
