    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant (2+ years' work experience in a recruiting position for IT industry)
    • Fluent English.
    • Autodidact & multitasking
    • Independent professional, able to articulate alternative approaches and demonstrate analytical skills and business knowledge.
    • Having a compassionate and employee focused approach
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills


    • Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process: including initial applicant sourcing, interviewing, permanent follow-up of all candidates and offering
    • Focus on individual and department operational objectives and needs to partner with InCrys management on a day-to-day basis for building and maintaining critical skills for the business.
    • Being involved in elaborating the recruitment strategies
    • Responsible for the on-boarding process
    • Establishing the best sourcing channels
    • Planning and organizing the participation to job fairs
    • Contributing and applying the company's employer branding strategy
