    Responsabilitati

    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
    • Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail and chat;
    • Communicating with customers through various channels;
    • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests;
    • Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
