- Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and personnel administration;
- Experience in coordinating the human resources department;
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
- Very good knowledge of English.
Coordinate the HR department for the activity of recruitment, administration, and takes over by delegating the responsibility of the local HR Specialist.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to ensure effective management of all activities related to human resources by labor legislation.
Performing full recruitment process: analysis of team requests, elaborate the sourcing plans, CV screening, face-to-face interviews, recruitment reports;
Management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters;
Responsible for managing, implementing, and improvement of all HR processes within the company;
Implement and improve people management processes (evaluation, set KPIs, retention, company’s culture and climate, engagement, etc.)
Follow and implement employment branding strategies (within and outside of the company)
Build and consolidate specific HR reports;
Maintain relationships with third parties for HR-related activities.
