- Absolvent studii superioare in industria alimentara sau chimie/biochimie alimentara;
- Experienta in organizarea fluxurilor de productie in industria alimentara si de panificatie (rulade, biscuiti);
- Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza si MS Office;
- Capacitate de analiza si sinteza, initiativa, perseverenta.

- Monitorizeaza respectarea parametrilor de calitate si a retetelor de fabricatie;
- Supravegheaza procesele tehnologice;
- Realizeaza controlul calitativ si analiza materiilor prime, ambalajelor, produselor semifinite si finite in timpul procesului de productie;
- Supravegheaza si coordoneaza activitatea de inlaturare a neconformitatilor in conformitate cu instructiunile GMP;
- Intocmeste rapoarte specifice de calitate.
