    Cerinte

    -University degree with HR focus or related field
    -Generalist with knowledge in the area of Employer Branding and ideally Learning & Department
    -Knowledge of recruiting tools and up to date on recruiting trends
    -Understanding of agile methodologies and proven experience in implementation project
    -Team player with great communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    -Advanced English skills; German would be a plus

    Responsabilitati

    -Provide accurate and timely support for various HR tasks in the areas of learning & development, personnel support or employer branding
    -Advising hiring managers and departments on recruiting strategy, personnel development and employee engagement
    -Responsible for day to day project management of a number of key HR projects like our Employer Branding Strategy
    -Managing, challenging and developing existing recruiting processes
    -Management and support of change processes in an international and agile environment
    -Other administrative related tasks
