· Attitude support niveau 1 et 2, contact utilisateur, une première expérience de 2/3 ans de support avec analyse est nécessaire, avoir un bon relationnel et de la bienveillance envers les clients;
· Experience avec Outlook;
· Bac +2 minimum;
· Français et Anglais courant;
· Pro activité, orientation vers le client, esprit de service et d’équipe;
· Expérience avec la mise à jour des documentations;
· Expérience avec les outils de ticketing;
· Une aptitude à l’analyse et à la synthèse, pensée structurée;
· Niveau Excel moyen (avancé est un plus);
· Disponibilité de travailler les jours fériés roumains (50% de l’équipe assure la permanence);
· SQL si possible (est un plus);
· Connaissances VBA / macros (est un plus).
· Vérification de la réception des flux de données, et diffusion d’abonnements clients;
· Mise à jour des référentiels (ensemble de bases de données), travaux de fin de mois, extractions de données;
· Statistiques de ticketing à valider et descriptif des activités réalisées, ainsi que des demandes d’évolutions demandées;
· Gestion des incidents;
· Réception des demandes via l’outil de ticketing ou boîtes aux lettres générique;
· Prendre en charge la communication client en français et en anglais.
