    -Bachelor`s degree
    -2+ years of similar experience in retail industry;
    -Customer oriented;
    -Proactive, capability to find non-standard solutions;
    -Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
    -Strategic thinking and a strong understanding of current e-commerce market;
    -Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    -Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets;
    -Team player and ability to work in multifunctional team;
    -Excellent English skills, verbal and written;
    -High level of PC literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word).


    What will you do in our team?

    -Monitoring the Categories performance in the market, competition promotion activities and marketing campaigns, in order to adapt eMAG’s campaigns strategy according with the trend;
    -Responsible for the Macro Markets categories: home & garden, auto, media office & toys;
    -Monitoring digital campaigns and budgets together with eMAG’s Digital Campaigns Team in order to optimize the results;
    -Improves constantly the products category presentation/ listing adjustment on the website to show relevant information to the final customer. Setting up listing standards and ensures they are respected at 4P level;
    -Follow-up the Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Margin, Net Promoter Score, Page Per Views, Conversion, Price Index, Days of Stock, and proposes improvement measures and promo campaigns in order to reach the objectives;
    -SEO & Search in site – Monitoring SEO and in-site search keywords; proposes improvements together with SEO Team;
    -Responsible for small short-term projects, as depending on the needs and projects in progress;
    -Follow-up on market research studies and provide insights for the Commercial Team (PM/CM/BUM/CD).
