Engineering Process Manager for Electrification Technology (Iasi)

• Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Natural Science or similar courses;
• Several years of professional experience in development, preferred in automotive area;
• Experience in working with international teams, very good communication skills and intercultural competencies;
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written);
• Problem solving and decision taking mentality, customer orientation;
• High innovative power, visionary thinking and strategic orientation;
• Experience in project management and modern development methods (e.g. lean / agile development) are a plus;
• Knowledge of Automotive business;
• Technical know-how in automotive product development and the industry standard Automotive SPICE;
• Self confidence, persuasive communication, commitment, flexibility.

Your responsibilities as Engineering Process Manager group includes collaboration on process-related improvement projects with the following emphasis:

• Definition of the process and method landscape for the engineering development;
• Definition of an annual roadmap regarding engineering process and methods those are valid afterwards for all products and systems of the business unit;
• Definition of processes and measures to increase process maturity according to Automotive SPICE. Target ASPICE Level 2 and Level 3;
• Creation, maintenance and holding of necessary process and methodology training;
• Evaluation of the status quo of the selected topics with the conducting of workshops, surveys and investigations;
• Analysis of development processes, methods and structures to determine quantifiable potential in development;
• Stocktaking exercises and reviews of process maturity along with the development team;
• Consideration of the requirements of ISO 26262 (ASIL), IATF 16949;
• This person will be the “process improver” for the Business Unit, that means being the first contact for all engineering departments in terms of process and methods across organizations.
