The Employee has overall responsibility to serve worldwide company’s sales entities by supporting their global trading activities in relation with Romania enabling such entities to generate revenues, to grow the profitability, to consolidate the company position in the market, to implement the company strategies, to serve and meet customer needs, to propose new business schemes and new products and services.
Training and experience (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Abilities):
University degree in technical field
Marketing competence and experience
Able to acquire and improve his professional knowledge in international trade, logistics, payments, contractual matters
Business oriented mind
Building and maintaining client oriented relationships
Excellent communication abilities, ability to work in a multicultural team, negotiation abilities, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills
Ability to take initiative, persuasive
Able to cope with frequent rejection, maintain a positive attitude towards the work
Meeting the goals, have the tenacity to succeed, organized
Available for on job training and for travel, available for working under time constraints
Enthusiastic, polite, responsive, and persistent,

Specific responsibilities will include among others:
Enters in external relations with company entities and in internal relations with company local counterparts involved in its trading activities
Assists and implement creatively the marketing plans, programs and campaigns, promotional and other development activities, as agreed with the company
Works effectively as part of company team through close communication, coordination, and integration, applying best practices, to all his efforts.
On request, actively participates in establishing company policy / approach of the market, in setting up new programs and projects, takes initiative, identify, propose and develop, trade opportunities to add additional value to company entities based on his marketing experience
Collects marketing data, processes and analyze the market and competitors data, monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc., to the aim to provide feedback support to the company entities and the team on a consistent basis
Provides such market information working out market survey on company request and on his initiative;
Follows up and supports the implementation of the company trade activities and projects in direct relations and communication with the involved company offices abroad and local counterparts (clients, logistics service providers and other entities interfering with the trade and project activities etc.)
Executes the day to day verbal and written communication and other works, by planning and organizing effectively his daily work schedule to maintain and develop contacts with the existing or potential prospective partners and with the company entities, under manager’s supervision and co-ordination
Services existing local accounts customers through a relationship-based customer oriented approach and establishes new accounts, providing the team with relevant data on their market position, reliability, financial standing etc.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints, by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management
Provides management with oral and written reports on activity and results , on customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new trade and project opportunities.
maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other similar activities
Executes other tasks on request of the supervising manager and of the management of the liaison office.
