    Cerinte

    - 2+ years' experience in Affiliate marketing or Digital Marketing;
    - Experience in network and publisher management, web analytics and reporting tools;
    - Strong negotiation and communication skills;
    - Excellent attention to detail;
    - Love of numbers and ability to think analytically;
    - Passion and excellent Knowledge of Social Media platforms;
    - Passion for Sports;
    - Good level of English or French.

    Responsabilitati

    - Create, lead and execute the Global Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Strategy;
    - Identify and recruit constantly new Affiliates and Influencers;
    - Research trends in Affiliate / Influencer management, new channels and content across competition and global regions;
    - Manage relationships with Affiliates, Influencer, re-engage inactive partners, develop regular communication regarding new campaign opportunities and affiliate performance;
    - Identify and audit Affiliate and Publisher Networks, Partners, Best Practices and their performance;
    - Negotiate and manage contracts with affiliates, influencers and network partners;
    - Monitor and report all analytics to relevant stakeholders;
    - Manage day-2-day business, including approval of commissions for affiliates/influencers;
    - Work closely with the other digital marketing team members to ensure quality and consistency in the Global Digital Marketing Strategy and execution;
    - Keep quality of creatives and copy in line with brand DNA and guides;
    - Develop new business through new partnerships.
