    Requirements:

    - Monitoring and troubleshooting the incidents that occur on the IP and IT networks;
    -Applies analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network issues of moderate to high complexity;
    -Effectively utilizes moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve problems;
    -Acts as a technical expert and provides support on a world-wide basis;
    - Provide quarterly status reports on Agile Controller-IoT.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Familiar with TCP/IP & OSI protocol stack;
    -Knowledge of network monitoring applications and protocols (SNMP, NMS);
    -Experienced on structure and operation of Network Management Systems (such as but not limited to Nagios, Whatsup, eSight);
    -Strong experience on Java related technologies;
    -Strong experience with Linux / Unix /SUSE OS or related technologies.
