Basic Requirements:

-Knowledge of insolvency and enforcement legislation
-Communication skills, accuracy, and fairness in speech
-Negotiation skills
-Organizational skills and customer orientation and results
-Adaptability and fast integration in the team

Main Responsibilities:

-Checking the debtor’s database
-Collecting information about the debtors and guarantors, establishing the debtor's profile, drawing up the debtor's strategy
-Negotiation of the plan/ program of the debt recovery (contacting the debtor, identifying the reason for lack of payments, analysis of the capacity and willingness of the debtor to reimburse the debts, sorting out any conflicts that might occur, proposing a payment plan agreement)
-Administration of field activity (identifying all relevant information about the debtor and all his assets)
-Monitoring the legal procedures related to the debtors in the assigned portfolio
Identifying third parties (investors, buyers) to increase the portfolio income
