* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.
* Partner with HRBP's to understand current talent gaps across client groups and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies which will drive positive impact to the business.
* Utilize input from talent discussions and key stakeholder relationships, build effective future talent pipelines where required with a clear "keep warm"/engagement strategy.
* Support Strategic Workforce Planning process trought external market mappings.
* Utilize data & market intelligence to drive results, outcomes and accountability.
* Communicate and educate clients on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection.
* Build sustainable campus strategy aligned with functional capability work.
* Develop PepsiCo's employer brand - increase awareness in target audience through differentiated channel strategy - key cohorts/Strategic Workforce Planning/Diversity & Inclusion.
* Leadership & day-to-day management of East Balkans TA team.
* 7+ years of Recruiting experience preferably within another consumer goods or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment.
* Experience in building, coaching and managing a high performing, results oriented recruiting team.
* Prior experience in setting and leading Employer Branding & Campus agenda.
* Ability to multitask, leading and executing multiple projects concurrently.
* Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence decision making.
* Fluency in both English & Romanian.
