REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:


Bachelor's degree from College or University
3+ years of experience as Business analyst, IT System Analyst or related activities;
SharePoint & Jira knowledge is a plus;
Prior experience in the Romanian Banking market  is an advantage;                                                 


RESPONSABILITIES:


Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
Provide support for critical production systems where required.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines efficiently and with high quality
Must possess strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail
Must be flexible and able to adapt in a changing business environment
Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various entities (executives, managers, and subject matter experts)
English knowledge is required;
