Required skills and background:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, ideally in financial or banking institutions;
• Bachelor's degree in economics, technical fields, mathematics or computer science;
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to assimilate information and build new expertise quickly;
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills;
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Very good communication skills

Responsibilities:
• You shall be a part of the team in charge of analyzing the fezability of business change requests that impact our IT systems, directly or with the help of external providers;
• You shall propose solutions to ensure that the technical implementation of certain projects will meet business deadlines;
• You will make sure that technical solutions delivered by your team meet agreed quality standards and that they are fully integrated with the business needs;
• You will be a part of the technical control team that ensure the technical deliverables provided by the external vendors meet agreed internal procedures and methodologies;
• You provide the functional anlysys and technical support (internally or with the help of external vendors) to the operational teams that encounter software errors identified on IT systems that are in your area of responsibility, during both the implementation phase or in the production environment;
• You define the testing plan for the upcoming implementation of functionalities, including defining the scripts required for the said testings and also identifying the proper settings required for the test environments.
• You provide the technical documentation of the IT systems that are in the area of responsibility of your team.
