You come with:
- Intermediate level of English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a Team Manager/Supervisor role in a BPO environment;
- Availability to work from home 5 days/week, on a full-time schedule.
- Good internet connection;
A day in Conectys:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, supervise tasks, roles, and responsibilities of the team.
- Provide supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow;
- Answer questions, and resolves problems of the supervised team;
- Review work performance, identifying problems with performance and solutions to those problems;
- Regularly monitor the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised;
- Supervise the maintenance of personnel records (annual/medical leaves) timesheets for staff supervised;
