    Requirements

    You come with:


    • Fluent level of English;
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Manager/Supervisor role in a BPO environment;
    • People management and performance management experience;
    • A good internet connection.

    Responsibilities

    A day in Conectys:

    • You will coordinate day-to-day activities, supervise tasks, roles, and responsibilities of the team;
    • You will provide supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow;
    • You will answer questions, and resolves problems of the supervised team;
    • You will review work performance, identifying problems with performance and solutions to those problems;
    • You will regularly monitor the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised;
    • You will supervise the maintenance of personnel records (annual/medical leaves) timesheets for staff supervised.
