    Requirements

    If you are a gamer and gadgets are part of your life then you might be the right person to offer technical support to customers who are using high-end graphic cards and gaming tablets.

    You come with:

    - A C1 level of Spanish;
    - A B2 level of English (we work in a multinational environment and our common language is English);
    - A passion for the gaming/IT industry;
    - Good internet connection and a functional computer/laptop (preferably).

    Responsibilities

    A day in Conectys:

    - You will offer technical support by chat, emails (80% of the time), and calls about graphic cards and gaming tablets;
    - You will find new steps to solve software errors to satisfy the company's customers;
    - You will work with leaders to create reminders and question and answer sessions on the technical area;
