The Inside Distribution Manager (IDM) is responsible for enablement and support of Veeam Distribution and Aggregation partners as well as driving business results and contributing to Distribution and Aggregation goals. The IDM will also be responsible for recruiting and activating new partners in line with Distribution/Aggregator goals.
The IDM is responsible for the Distribution/Aggregator on: Revenue, Relationship, Investment/Commitment and Partnership, along with the field-based Distribution Manager.
The IDM will provide constant support to Distributors/Aggregators on Sales (New Business/Renewals), Licensing, Technical and Marketing.
o Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPIs/Monthly Business Objectives - these will be set on a monthly/quarterly basis and measured through the weekly/monthly Salesforce.com activity reports;
o Leveraging Veeam pre-sales and Account Management structures and processes to help reach Distribution goals;
o Reinforcing Sales and Technical knowledge of the partner leveraging Veeam specific enablement tools, through providing quarterly trainings and providing reactive support when needed;
o Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within Distribution. Create mindshare and expand contact map within Distribution with the goal of creating Veeam Champions, by providing value through all means of contact (calls, emails, meetings, events) to existing and new stakeholders within Distribution;
o Updating and maintaining Distributor accounts in Salesforce.com;
o Coordinating interaction with Veeam marketing resources, develop joint marketing activities to support business growth;
o Developing a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners;
o Providing support to Distribution partners including help with licensing and technical issues related to Veeam products;
o The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company;
