    For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, with a presence in over 95 countries worldwide, we are looking for a Channel Partner Support Admin with Turkish.

    Between one and 5 years experience in a similar position;
    Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
    Fluent in English and in the second language of the job; any other language is a plus;
    Ability to organize, process and plan activities to meet the performance criteria required by the job;
    Advanced knowledge of Outlook and other email accounts, internet, SAP, Microsoft Office
    Customer orientation.

    Responsabilitati

    Manages the orders of the support partners from a logistical, administrative and financial point of view;
    Processes on time and correctly any request for purchase orders (for example and not limited to BPOs, POs- adhoc, multivendor, quotes, installations);
    Follows and takes any action necessary for the smooth running or completion of contracts, invoices and payment approvals;
    Investigates the causes of non-reimbursement of values ​​as a result of making repairs and takes action accordingly.
