SAP-FI Project manager

The SAP Project Manager will be leading all activities related to SAP implementation, ensuring that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. As a Project manager you will be part of a new service center and your role will be focused on transitioning and implementing global SAP-FI projects.
Strong SAP knowledge (SAP FI GL, SAP AR, AP, AA),
Experience with SAP implementation process - mandatory
At least three years of experience in Project Management
Fluency in English
German would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Experience in change management
Experience in managing stakeholders from various cultures and backgrounds
Willingness to learn, adapt and develop
Able to organize, set priorities and follow them
Great leadership skills, leading an international team in a cross-functional environment.
Willingness to travel internationally (Europe)
Willingness to frequently work and stay in Germany
Understand the full scope of the project as originally proposed in the SOW and know when and how to add, modify or take away scope as the project progresses.
Define the blueprint and identify specificity and deviations from standard configuration.
Draw-up the planning for different phases of the project, define milestones and set deadlines.
Be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously communicating the status of the project vis-a-vis the project plan.
Be responsible for initiating change requests, as well as evaluating them against the project plan, the overall project budget and risk profile.
Identify risks and take active measures to manage them, by either accepting, mitigating or migrating them to a higher level of expertise/ authority.
Develop and continuously implement a project communication plan, which can involve different media and messaging channels.
Provide ongoing management and leadership to all parties involved in the project – consulting team, customers or 3rd parties that may be playing a role in the project, such as hardware vendors.
Use his/her extensive network within the company, among the SAP consulting team and the wider SAP setup, to find solutions to problems.
Participate to all functional blueprinting sessions, to ensure the team is progressing toward a viable solution.
Form and lead an effective change management team.
· Ensure that required training is provided to all team members, including end-users training and ‘‘deep dive'’ training that would bring the internal client support team up to Consultant level of knowledge.
· Help clients managing and maintaining the system, once the initial implementation is completed and the Go-Live status is achieved.
