    Requirements

    For one of our client, a global leader in the inventory industry, we are looking for a Team Leader located in Bucharest (with a real opportunity to be fast promoted as Area Operational Manager).

    Requests:
    • Professional experience in retail
    • Professional experience as an inventory auditor
    • Professional experience in managing teams
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Experience in using English (B1/B2 level)
    • Driver’s license – B category
    • Availability for business trips, working during nights and weekends
    • Physical strength and endurance (standing work, lifting, night shifts etc)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational and Adaptability skills
    • Team leading skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
    • Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
    • Sets cycle counts of inventory, researches and clears any discrepancies
    • Assists in performing physical inventories and proper stock rotation
    • Ensure completion of key tasks designed to keep an accurate inventory
    • Prepares inventory reports
    • Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels
    • Efficient management of available resources
    • Trains, directs, and assigns workload to a team of employees for one or more accounts in the store/warehouse
    • Other duties as required and assigned
