    The Bid Coordinator is in charge with the management of public and private bidding processes.

    The Business to Business Department is looking for a newcolleague, whose main responsibility is to submit a completed bid toan existing or prospective client, on time and fully compliant with all bidrequirements.

    As Bid Coordinator, you would be expected to:  

    • Manage the tender process from the publishing onnational electronic system for public acquisitions (SEAP)/RFQ until proposalsubmittal

    • Act as point of communication between suppliersand internal stakeholders

    • Prepare clear documentation that provides clearrationale for decision-making

    • Liaise with suppliers during tendering processesfor site visits, tender clarifications and updates

    • Understand new trends and public acquisitionregulations affecting the business

    • Review, implement and continuously driveimprovements in our bid processes

    • Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis andreporting

    • Coordinate the public acquisition process atnational level

    • Provide support in the international bid process

    • Provide support to the Corporate Sales in thenational acquisition procedures initiated by  Multinational Companies (MNC)

    If you have...

    • Previous experience in Bidding processes ( haveworked as a Bid Coordinator/Bid Manager/ Bid Specialist for at least 2 years)

    • Project management skills

    • Excellent organizational and problem solvingskills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Good interpersonal skills

    • The ability to manage deadlines with colleaguesand internal customers

    • The ability to set up and drive own meetingsproactively

    • Good planning and time management skills

    • The ability to multi-task and share jobresponsibilities with other team members. Results orientation and focus onquality
