We arelooking for a new colleague for leading the Alternative Sales Department in theDirectorate, a great people managerthat is going to shape OTP's relationship with partners (3rd party sales).
Your profile
Relevant(min. 3 years) experience in retail banking sales, preferably in external / 3rdparty sales;
Previousexperience in team coordination;
Abilitiesto synthesize and correlate relevant information and present them in astructured way to the bank's management;
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationshipswith professionals of all organizational levels;
Strategicand critical thinking; result oriented (with a proven track record of relevantsales achievements, wide network in alternative sales);
Dynamicpersonality with sales attitude who can cope with the continuous challenges ona highly competitive market;
Willingto travel and negotiate with potential partners on their premises;
English- advanced level.
What will you do
Youwill be in charge for the department which is responsible to acquire new andmanage existing partners of many kinds (3rd party (independent brokers), tiedagents assurbanking; or other out of the branches activities); You will dothese activities on your own as well;
Youwill elaborate and regularly update the detailed plan of implementation (tactic)of the Alternative Sales Channels Directorate strategy;
Youwill be responsible for sales and profitability results, plus portfolio qualityand meeting regulatory requirements;
Youwill manage a team of senior professionals (key account managers, experts, teamleader);
Youwill establish long lasting friendly relationship with the collaborating unitsof the Bank, including branches, loan operations, risk. You will ensureefficient, smooth internal collaboration on all levels;
Youwill couch and develop your team in both external and internal activities(external hunting, farming, internal collaborations);
Youand your team will support the branches in their partner hunting and farmingactivities.
Youwill identify new market opportunities, based on market analysis and reports oncompetition, clients' needs and the feedback from the partners' network andconsequently decide the solutions in order to give the Bank a competitiveposition in the market;
Youwill monitor the cross sell activity (including cross selling with OTPsubsidiaries) and identify improvement solutions;
Youwill initiate and participate in marketing activities regarding alternativesales channels.
