The Sourcing Specialist is in charge with researching, attracting, engaging, recruiting and retaining top-tier talent who will help Hubgets further expand its global reach:

• Feed recruitment process by identifying leads and establishing contact
• Develop tactics to target, research and recruit candidate pool by using a variety of headhunting specific tools and techniques
• Conduct efficient and professional interview process
• Develop and maintain a great relationship with candidates across multiple communication channels
• Maintain a constant tracking of essential hunting activities using HR tools

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing or any other relevant field
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbal
• Excellent selling and presentation skills
• Familiar with IT technologies and tools
• High level of motivation, ability to meet goals
• Great customer service skills
• Problem solving and learning abilities
• Excellent English skills
