For one of our client, a long-standing company (50 years on the market), a leader in designing and offering packaging solutions, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Requirements:

- Very good knowledge of English
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills and ethical character
- Customer orientation
- Problem solving skills

- Acquire, insert, modify and process orders and customer requests
- Verify the data by tracking the shipment and correct billing
- Management of complaints
- Interface with the various departments (warehouse, suppliers, couriers) according to the complexity of the requests
- Support the plant manager in administrative formalities
- Maintain good partnership with local vendor (eg couriers)
