Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- University degree in economic sciences, business administration and/or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Logistics or Purchasing in an international environment
- Very good English language skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Solid Project Management skills
- Deep knowledge in MS Office programs and expertise in Purchasing/Logistics toolsonal environment

-Full responsibility for the global category Warehouse Services in the Purchasing Rubber & Group Indirect Materials organisation
- Prepare, launch, execute and finalize tenders for the category Warehouse Services together with corporate, regional and local functions in EMEA and functional coordination of the warehouse projects in APAC and Americas
- Optimize Purchasing processes and perform rate analysis to ensure we are one step ahead of the market trends
- Initiating cost reduction programs in collaboration with logistics functions to create and develop the best suppliers and to support an optimum supply chain set-up
- Defining and implementing innovative negotiation concepts and strategies
