    Cerinte

    • 1 - 3 years’ experience in customer support;
    • Fluent: English and French, English and French/ German, English and French/Spanish;
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Rigority and organize capacity ;
    • Expertise in the banking sector is an advantage;
    • Customer orientation and sense of service.

    Responsabilitati

    • Centralize requests from customers using this offer or from the customer's sales representative (calls and emails);
    • Enter customer requests in the ticketing tool;
    • Diagnose incidents and participate in incident handling according to the processes in force;
    • Trigger alerts;
    • Transmit incidents to the services responsible for resolving them;
    • Update and manage the incident tracking database;
    • Install products with customers (in France and internationally) when the customer
    requests it;
    • Train users on the customer's site for the application services when the customer requests them (in France and internationally);
    • Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to the activity.
