    A good university degree related to HR field of work.
    2+ years of experience in IT recruitment in similar companies or dedicated recruitment agencies. Exposure to international recruitment (previous experience in recruiting worldwide). Headhunting experience.
    Previous experience in an HR role.
    Excellent written and spoken English language.
    Highly motivated and ability to work both individual and in (small) teams. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experienced and comfortable in international environment.


    Cover the organization’s people needs in time, in budget and in quality by applying different resourcing and recruitment methods and a strategic approach.
    Support the Recruitment Department strategy and plans as requested, show initiative and proactive attitude.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Responsible for the overall recruitment process activities such as posting jobs on website, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, actively participating in selection process, and maintaining candidates’ pipeline updated.
    Identifying new opportunities through which organization’s people needs can be covered more effectively.
    Assure a clear, transparent and correct employer branding image on all markets where the employee will activate as IT recruiter.
    Provide relevant employment market studies and researches based on personal network and tools.
    Be ready to easily assess a business opportunity for Computaris in relation to employment market opportunities.
    Support for different events of the company, either from Recruitment team or in cooperation with the other HR team members.
    Providing general HR administrative support such as forms and reports, in respect with the recruitment activities.
    Adhere and respect the company’s processes and quality standards.
    Create and perform recruitment dedicated recruitment trainings to colleagues.
