Senior Financial Controlling

Requirements:
• University degree in finance / accounting / economics
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior level controlling / accounting / analysis in an international organisation
• Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent skills in MS Excel
• Experience in processes implementation
• PowerBI knowledge is a plus
• Capability to work independent, flexibility, organized, initiative, good team member, motivated, oriented on result and accuracy, good handle on working under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Implement budgeting and forecasting processes across the group
• Work closely with the business to achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Analyse monthly actual versus budgeted / forecasted numbers
• Additional controller duties as necessary
• Possibly assist in M&A due diligence and implementation procedures
