    Cerinte

    Advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage;
    Previous professional experience of at least 5-7 years in working with internal suppliers;
    Experience of at least 3 years in working with external suppliers from the EU, APAC and US area;
    E-commerce experience is a major advantage;
    Experience in managing a portfolio of multi-product categories;
    Knowledgeable and passionate about new product trends;
    Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, leadership and coordination skills;
    Autonomous, analytical, responsible and results-oriented person;
    Able to make decisions under pressure.

    Responsabilitati

    For one of our clients, an e-commerce platform, we are looking for a Procurement Manager for their offices in Bucharest.

    The Procurement Manager will be in charge of creating and developing a network of local and International suppliers for a state-of-the-art e-commerce ecosystem.

    Responsibilities:
    Creating and developing liaisons with internal and external suppliers and representing the commercial interests of the company;
    Negotiating all contractual aspects with all suppliers;
    Performing risk analyzes on main suppliers, seeking alternative suppliers and executing plans to withdraw products or categories of non-performing products;
    Elaborating strategies to ensure the continuity of stocks and services, in order to avoid blockages in operation;
    Defining, coordinating and monitoring suppliers' performance reports, in order to ensure compliance with management objectives (cost, quality, service, delivery);
    Planning, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating all the activities of the procurement department;
    Evaluating and monitoring team performance;
    Proposing and implementing a system of viable and sustainable performance indicators in accordance with the company's strategy.
