BPM Developer

The Developer is a valuable member of BPM Developments Department, the bank's entity responsible for internal processes digitalization and automation using a dedicated BPM tool, RPA and chatbots.

Must have:

• Problem solving approach and analytical thinking;
• Able to work independently and in cross-cultural teams;
• Proactive and can do attitude;
• Interest in new technologies;
• Eager to learn and continously grow;
• English - Proficient level;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a position requiring application's customization, parametrization and/or development using specific tools;

Good to have:

• Technical background - master degree;
• Capacity to understand complex business processes;
• Understanding of software development cycle;
• Process modelling knowledge using BPMN 2.0;
• Experience in customization and parametrization on BPM platforms;
• Experience in working Agile on projects.

What will you do:

• Perform customizations and parametrizations on a dedicated BPM platform, in order to implement the solutions proposed by BPM Analyst;
• Create mockups and/ or demos, for better understanding of the proposed solution;
• Technical testing of the developed solutions, prior to handeling the development to Tester;
• Maintain the developed modules in the platform;
• Diagnose and solve production incidents/bugs or cooperate with the service provider, in order to fix promptly the reported issue;
• Prepare the technical documentation of the implemented solution;
• Propose improvements/optimisations of the implemented solutions and of the available tools;
• Proactively identify business processes that can be optimized using a BPM platform, a robot or a chatbot
