We have a great opportunity for a Pricing Analyst II, to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Bucharest! The position is responsible for the management of all pricing systems & processes. In addition, this person will work closely with the Pricing Manager to support list price strategy and analysis to support effective price realization.

Responsibilities:

Support monthly price realization analysis and reviews
Work with the pricing manager to analyze the impacts due to material and freight inflation as well as impact on tariffs.
Assist in developing strategy and implement actions into the pricing systems.
Support the list price and price agreement update process for channels or direct customers. Work with the pricing manager, product management, sales and IT to manage list price setting process.
Develop / enhance pricing dashboards to quantify impact of changes to existing product price, new product price and impact of inflation to evaluate profitability impact by product line & region
Develop and/or enhance pricing dashboards to automatically report monthly price realization, discount trends and other key pricing KPIs
Partner with sales & business leaders to review and provide input on the channel rebate programs
Partnering with pricing manager, conduct discounting analysis to identify areas of opportunity by product and or customer. Support pricing manager’s MOS with the sales and leadership team.
Partner with HBT Pricing Operations leader to recommend enhancements to the pricing systems and develop key stakeholder support processes.

Qualifications:

Min of 2 years of pricing/financial analytics experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Proven SAP, Oracle, or PROS pricing tools experience.
Experience utilizing Tableau, SAP BI or MSFT Excel
