    Required qualifications are: 
    • Strategic experience in Human Resources no less than 5 years in Leadership roles.
    • Knowledge of the latest HR brands.
    • Advanced English Level.
    • Desire to grow professionally and financially.
    Your responsibilities are:
    • Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions, including, but not limited to: HR branding, Onboarding, Succession planning, Assessment Centers, OD, Leadership development programs.
    • Playing a central role, in conjunction with the Sales Manager in forward planning and strategy development for the facility as a whole.
    • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
    • Organizing and running orientation sessions.
    • Providing support to the existing team in all Romania office legal entities.
    • Participating in creating training programs to grow leaders and specialists.
    • Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    • Nurturing a positive working environment.
    • Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
    • Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with Legal and Accounting leaders. 
    • Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative.
    • Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
    • Benchmarking and modernizing terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits for all staff levels.
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
    • Providing Management with valuable business and market-related insights.
