    - minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics and transportation sector, in selling palletized goods groupage export services
    - university degree
    - fluent in English
    - result-oriented


    Contacting potential or existing customers in Romania and set up meetings to present the services offered by the employer and to collect information on the traffic of goods carried out by the customer.
    Preparing together with colleagues from the departments the offers for road transport for the contacted clients, based on the data obtained from them.
    Transmitting to the direct manager and to those responsible the information related to road transport carried out by the clients/partners contacted as well as any other services from the company's portfolio that the client might be interested in.
    Presenting road transport offers to contacted clients.
    Discussing and negotiating the offers sent within the limits and conditions specified by the direct manager
    Maintaining contact with colleagues in the domestic/ international operations department, ensuring a permanent communication and transfer of information
    Follows the first orders launched by customers based on negotiated contracts thus providing support for both customers and colleagues in the department and permanent communication with each customer within the limits and conditions established by contact.
    Reporting in the computer system the details related to each meeting or telephone discussion with potential or existing clients/partners with whom he/she is personally in contact or who have been assigned to him/her.
    He/ Sher is constantly informed about the news in the field of activity and knows the trends of the activities on the market of transports and logistic services.
    Collaborating with all departments of the company in terms of joint actions.
    Reports the problems encountered and request the help of the hierarchical boss directly in solving them if the situation arises beyond its sphere of competence.
    Participates in department meetings.
    Process optimization by analyzing the sales process, sparring how to improve this process, and come up with solutions.
    Ensures information security by following information security requirements defined in ISMS Policy, Information Security Policy, related standards, and procedures; maintaining information security in the workplace, and participation in educational and awareness activities to ensure a good understanding of security threats and the importance of information security.
