    Business related first degree or equivalent required (business administration, business informatics, etc.)
    Experience gained during internship
    Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests
    Analytical thinking and data manipulation
    Great knowledge of statistical analysis, financial modelling and associated Microsoft Office tools - Excel (including VBA and Power Pivot), Microsoft Access, Power Query (M language), Power BI (DAX), interest to grow further in PowerBI
    Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and to understand complex environments

    As a Sales Strategy and Planning BI Analyst, you will work with Power BI (tool knowledge would be highly welcomed).

    As such, you will be embedded within the DACH SS&P team and BI team and is responsible to support Sales Management and Sales Representatives in driving forecast and business reviews, developing business plans, tracking and executing strategic initiatives and ensuring the CRM system ( is used within the guidelines from an operational excellence perspective, in alignment with the ultimate goal of enabling the sales organization for revenue growth.

    Being a Specialist within this role, you will have the opportunity to:
    Work on constructing complex statistical and financial models to forecast and track business performance
    Manage complex, time- sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next steps
    Enable the transition from legacy to S4 go-forward model on the reporting related Management of Change
    Partner with experienced BI peers to transform business needs into a BI solution (advanced excel, PowerBI or other automation options)
    Contribute to BI project through development, stakeholder presentations, POCs, cookbooks and user training
    Work with cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities
    Contribute to priority projects with complex analysis and automation solutions
    Identify or develop cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
    Own data management processes across the various reporting systems and ensure the seamless execution and continuous improvement of delivered business intelligence reports (highly automated process)
