Your role

• Manage of financial and accountancy documents using SAP;
• Manage the relationship with internal colleagues and third parties on financial and accountancy aspects;
• Ensure the registration in SAP of the cash register;
• Check the accuracy of expenses documents submitted by the employees;
• Check the accuracy of received documents from third parties and their compliance with the legal and Henkel Romania requests;
• Follow the settlement of advances received by employees;
• Decide and utilize the best visualization tools for complex finance structures and analytics.

• University degree in Economic Sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience on a similar position
• Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
• Excellent English (written, oral),
• Advanced skills of MS Office
• Working experience in SAP
• Initiative & determination to achieve
